Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1030 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 1030.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 1030 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration Requirements
To register an account on the 1030 platform, you must be 18 years of age or older. This platform is intended exclusively for adults residing in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your 1030 account password and login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone, including individuals claiming to be platform representatives.
All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 1030 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
1030 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may not use this platform for any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Using automated software or tools to access or interfere with the platform's systems.
- Attempting to hack, phish, or exploit any technical vulnerability within the platform.
- Placing bets using funds obtained illegally or through unauthorised payment methods.
- Sharing or selling your account to another party.
- Using false information during the registration or identity verification process.
1030 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending the account or withholding the balance while an investigation is ongoing.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 1030 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and legally valid.
Deposits successfully credited to your 1030 account can be used to place bets on any game or event available on the platform. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account, except through the standard withdrawal process.
For withdrawals, users must complete full identity verification before their first request can be processed. The platform may request additional documents for financial compliance purposes. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method — local bank transfers are typically completed within 1 to 24 hours on business days.
1030 is not responsible for any processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
1030 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or cumulative losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services, including financial losses from betting, technical disruptions, or service interruptions beyond the platform's control.
Account Suspension & Closure
1030 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activity, failure to comply with identity verification procedures, or upon request by a competent authority. If an account is closed for reasons not involving user fault, any remaining balance will be returned once the investigation is complete and all conditions are met.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1030 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from 1030.
Third-Party Links & Services
1030 may utilise third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. The platform is not responsible for the privacy policies, data security, or terms of use of these third parties. Any disputes with third-party providers are solely between the user and the provider in question.
Amendments & Governing Law
1030 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate channels in line with established procedures.
